Life is too short to be unhappy! 

What stirs your soul? What is holding you back from living a healthy, happy, meaningful life?  

It’s not just about diet and exercise. It’s about a healthy mind, body and soul.

It’s important to look after our body with nutritious SLOW food, plenty of water, exercise (yang or yin) and effective breathing. It’s also important to look after our mind, paying attention to our thoughts, feelings and emotions and what effect these are having on our life. What sometimes gets forgotten is our soul. How can we incorporate meaning into our life and where do we find what stirs our soul? 

We must take responsibility for our own wellness journey. Many can help us on the way but ultimately it comes down to each individual. We are the most important person in our life. How we look after ourselves will then have an effect on our relationships with others whether they are our families, our friends, our work colleagues or the greater community.

Taking the first step can sometimes be the hardest one…
